Slovak Solidarity Party

The party was founded in 1996, but operated as a civic association until 2005, when it was registered as a party. In 2006, the Supreme Court of Slovakia banned the Slovak Solidarity - National Party (Slovenská pospolitosť – národná strana), as it was officially named, the first time such an action was undertaken in modern Slovakia. The party kept operating as a civic association again until 2009, when its members joined the tiny and inactive Party of Friends of Wine (Strana priateľov vína) and renamed it first into the People's Party of Social Solidarity (Ľudová strana sociálnej solidarity) and later, in 2010, into the People's Party – Our Slovakia (Ľudová strana Naše Slovensko), operating from then on as this party.

Slovak Solidarity Party flag

Another flag exists, charged with the complete emblem of the party; in the emblem, blue disk with white double cross is surrounded with a blue ring with white edges, which is charged with the party name and two sets of three linden leaves, the three charges separated by three rings, all in white. Photos of the flag can be seen here, here, here, and here. The color shade might differ somewhat from the one used on the flag with the cross within a white ring, but it is difficult to tell, since it may depend on the photo making conditions.

Included is a flag used by the Slovakian far-right group Slovenska Pospolitost ("Slovak Solidarity"). It is a black field with centered a white circle containing a white double cross.

I found a link to a Slovakian extreme-right wing party closely connected to the Romanian one. It's called  "Slovenska Pospolitost" (Slovakian Solidarity), and looks to be borrowing from the Hlinka Guard - but then again, the cross on the flags is a simple rendition of the Slovakian one.
